AUDIO/VISUAL TEAM
This team works mostly behind the scenes to integrate the technologies of audio, video and graphical presentations, that equip and enhance the outreach and commission of Gospel Center. We believe in setting the stage of opportunity so God’s Spirit can interact without distraction or hinderance, so that lives may be transformed, faith may increase and people grow in their dependence upon the Lord. We are always looking for tech-savvy individuals to join the team.

EVANGELISM
The heart of the church is to communicate Jesus Christ and see lives transformed. Through God’s grace and power that enables us to be witnesses, we will fulfill the great commission of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our purpose is to win individuals and to reconcile souls back to Jesus.

OUTREACH
Our purpose is to be a presence within our community showing love through our actions.
Feeding the Homeless
For the homeless and hungry, a good hot meal can be the first step to recovery. Once we meet the physical needs we can address their spiritual needs and reach out to them with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We meet the last Saturday of the month at 7:15 am around North B St and Ahern St. in downtown Sacramento.

USHERS/GREETERS
The usher and greeter teams are a servant-hearted group whose ministry is integral to church life. The purpose of ushering and greeting in church is not merely to serve people, but to serve God. When they see to it that an atmosphere of reverence and order is maintained before, during, and after the service, they do it for God. When they usher the worshippers to their seats, they do it for God. When they gather the offerings, they serve God. What they do, they do not “as unto men, but unto God.”

PRAYER TEAM
Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Each Sunday, during the morning service, a team of volunteers is praying for the ministry of the Word. Throughout the week, volunteers from our Prayer Team pray for their pastor, a list of church members, any special requests, and missionary prayer needs.

HOSPITALITY
The word hospitality in the New Testament comes from two Greek words. The first word means love and the second word means strangers. It’s a word that means love of strangers. The purpose of the Hospitality Ministry is to offer the love of Christ to our guests and welcome them in such a way that they would be transformed from strangers into friends.
